Safety is important. Our goal is to bring the retail meat counter to YOU, the consumer. We want to service as many neighborhoods in Cherokee, Cobb, and Fulton counties as possible. If you don't see your neighborhood listed, please Contact Us Here.

Not at this time. We hope to expand our offerings as they come available. Nonetheless, drop us a line and we'll do everything we can to accommodate special requests.

Yes! As long as the vacuum packaging is not compromised and the cold chain remained intact, you can usually store our meats in the freezer for up to 9 months.

The recommended thawing method for your meats is to remove from freezer and place in your refrigerator on a dish for a slow thaw, keeping them inside their vacuum packaging. Counter top thawing or thawing under running water is not recommended. Slowly thawing ensures the optimum tenderness and juiciness is maintained. Most meats will thaw within 24 hours in your refrigerator.

On occasion, the vacuum seal may develop tiny, pinhole leaks during the freezing and/or shipping process which become evident during thawing. While this should not compromise the meat integrity, we recommend placing the product on a plate or in a baking dish to ensure all juices are caught and not spilled into the refrigerator.

Please keep your meats inside the vacuum packaging until you are ready to prepare them for cooking. Remove the vacuum packaging before cooking. The steaks cannot be cooked inside the vacuum package, even under sous vide methods.

Unfortunately, the vacuum packaging for our meats is neither reusable nor recyclable.
